Our Story
TripBuddies Origins
In 2018, we started as a small tour operator in Costa Rica. After a few months, the team quickly grew. Travel agency partners were added as well as the beginning of a Travel Agency based in the USA. Trip leader partners were added as well.
As we grew, our team members experienced the pain and challenges that tour operators, travel agents and their travelers were dealing with on a daily basis. We developed spreadsheets, systems, tried various software yet nothing seemed to be built to solve the challenges of running group trips.
Over a period of about 3 years our team began to create systems to help simplify the processes required for effective group travel and the result is TripBuddiesPro. We continue to listen to our users and are committed to innovating and improving the travel experience for everyone involved in the planning and tour delivery process as well as the experience for travelers!
